Zen Tour Planning and Preparations
Ok friends of the sun, around 4 weeks until we will start on our new adventure, the Zen Tour. This time all 4 of us with bikes and trailer starting end of April in Osaka, Japan. Yes, it’s all so exciting! But there is still so much packing and planning ……. Our to do list has about 100 items, without counting the subitems…. Website, Sponsoring, Equipment repair and purchases, final Doctor visits and vaccinations, route and weather planning, booking of accommodation during Japanese “Golden week”, Edutainment planning and preparation for the children, selling and giving away household items, container planning, branding, finance and insurance, change of address, cancel utilities and further ongoing contracts, IT backup, good bye party and email, media and tree planting activities, and further administrative items, …. Er will uns Stuf’ um Stufe heben, weiten.
Kaum sind wir heimisch einem Lebenskreise
Und traulich eingewohnt, so droht Erschlaffen,
Nur wer bereit zu Aufbruch ist und Reise,
Mag lähmender Gewöhnung sich entraffen.
Es wird vielleicht auch noch die Todesstunde
Uns neuen Räumen jung entgegen senden,
Des Lebens Ruf an uns wird niemals enden…
Wohlan denn, Herz, nimm Abschied und gesunde!
