Just an hour ago we rode onto a big ferry that will bring us all the way from Shikoku Island to Tokyo.

It’s 650km on the sea from Tokushima port on Shikoku Island to Tokyo harbour. The ferry will take 18.5 hrs.

We got a cabin all for us despite booking common space and there is lots of space for the kids to run around inside and outside.

Of course there is food and drinks and it’s actually pretty empty today.
It’s so nice and easy to just ride our fully loaded bicycles onto a ferry and then next morning to slowly roll off in a new location far away.
Big ship and big blue sky
Gazing at the big blue sky, the open sea and the salty air is truly soothing. Another beautiful Zen moment on our ride in Japan.

Hi Inge und Dieter, 9 von 18 Stunden waren klasse. Dann wurde die See rauher und ich (Amiram) habe schwer zu abend gegessen. Das kam dann zu den Fischen :-(. Danach war es wieder ok und wir haben alle geschlafen. Liebe Gruesse aus Tokyo. Amiram und Ragna
